Rebooted, downloaded the latest audio driver from the Asus Prime B550-Plus AC-HES. I then ran revo uninstaller to nuke the realtek audio driver install. I deleted all the realtek audio items in device manager, choose delete driver on any that offered it.

Recently received my new custom rig from IBP, for some reason they installed a beta/preview build of Windows 11 that didn't get along with Corsair iCue and/or my void pro wireless headset so I had to reinstall Windows.
